TV Fibre
To access all channels, high-definition or 3D content, premium channels, and interactive applications, you need a box.

The MEO Fibre service allows the installation of up to 4 boxes, as long as at least one is Android TV or Apple TV.

4K MEOBox WiFi - Monthly fee of €4.06. In the case of the 1st MEOBox (with DVR), the price is €1.63 for new TV subscriptions (except for subscriptions with 4K Android TV MEOBox and the purchase of Android TV Sony or XIAOMI). WiFi installation, does not require a physical connection between the MEOBox and the MEO Fibregateway router, subject to on-site technical validation.

MEOBox Android 4K - Monthly fee of €2.43. The first MEOBox Android 4K is included in new TV subscriptions, except in bundles MEOBox and when purchasing Sony or XIAOMI Android .

The cost of renting additional MEOBox(es) is added to the monthly service fee.

Satellite TV
MEO Satellite requires the installation of at least one MEOBox, up to a limit of 2 MEOBoxes per service.

The 1st MEOBox Full HD is included in every bundles Sport Office Pack.

A 2nd Full HD MEOBox has a monthly fee of €4.06. The rental price of the MEOBox(es) is added to the monthly service fee.

With Satellite, each premium channel is only available on one MEOBox, and different channels may be on different MEOBoxes.
The rental cost of the additional MEOBox(es) is added to the monthly service fee.

Fibre Internet The availability of bundles and indicated speeds are subject to validation and prior feasibility analysis at the service installation address. Fixed internet speeds, when presented, refer to maximum download/upload speeds, which may vary depending on several factors.

The fixed Internet access router is an integral part of bundle and remains the property of MEO, which must keep it exclusively for the purposes set out in the respective Specific Conditions of the Internet service, refraining from assigning it, making it available to third parties or making changes to it. The equipped solutions are sized for a maximum of 15 simultaneous users, assuming a moderate Internet access profile.

Satellite Internet
The availability of MEO bundles and the speeds indicated are subject to validation and prior feasibility analysis at the address where the service will be installed.

Sport Office 4 and 5 include 1,000 minutes to mobile numbers in the bundle itself. Option of 1,500 minutes of international calls 24h/day for €5/month and special conditions for fixed-to-mobile calls to a national mobile network of your choice. Telephone equipment only included with Sport Office Business. For everyone else, you can rent a cordless phone for €0.81 per month or buy it in the online store.

Satellite Phone Includes 24-hour calls to national landlines (numbers starting with 2) and 1,000 minutes of calls to 50 international destinations from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. List of countries covered and responsible use policy.

Voice Office (In Fibre)
Voice Office offers a business voice solution with the main features of a telephone exchange, in a single invoice, with cost control and autonomy in its management through a web portal, guaranteeing a more efficient, personalized and professional service for your company. The limit includes internet, 3,500 minutes, and 3,500 text card for use within the country on national mobile and landline networks (numbers starting with 2, 3, and 9) and roaming European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom. All calls and text in excess of this allowance will be charged at 16 cents per minute or text. Does not include MMS, communications to 760, 808, 707 numbers, customers support, international and other Roaming communications Roaming included in the allowance, which will be charged on your monthly bill.

Mobile Internet, for use within the country and when roaming European Economic roaming , Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, is charged in 10KB blocks.

bundles Office 4, Sport Office 5, and Sport Office Business bundles of 200GB and 500GB have a PUR of 50GB/month. Once the PUR has been used up, the traffic consumed will be deducted from your national allowance, plus €0.0011/MB.

Whenever you reach 80% and 100% of your internet allowance (+ net and plan base), you will receive a text alert. To find out how much internet you have available, dial *#123# or check your customer area.

Once the plan's monthly cap has been used up, data traffic will be blocked until the end of the month. To continue surfing, activate more net by dialing *#136# followed by the call key or contact your manager. More information on PUR calculation.

For your security there is a communication limit extra monthly feeof €40/month and you can choose other amounts between €0 and €50. roaming communications are not included in this limit.

MEO GO traffic is free in Portugal and at roaming, in zone 1, the mobile internet conditions apply (MEO GO not available at roaming for customers with NIF beginning with 5 or 6).

The mobile voice service allows you to pay for Google Play Store purchases on your company's rechargeable balance or MEO/MEOMEO Empresas invoice. Find out more about Google Play.

Mobile internet forTablet Hotspot
Mobile internet for use on a router, PC, or tablet, within the country and when roaming European Economic Area (EEA), Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom. Mobile internet traffic while roaming European Economic Area (EEA), Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom is deducted from the domestic allowance and is subject to a responsible use policy (RUP) of 50GB for plan and 100GB for the M Net Móvel Traffic Included plan. The customer notified by text when they reach 80% and 100% of the RUP data volume. Once this RUP has been used up, the traffic consumed will be deducted from their national allowance, plus €0.0011/MB.
