Can I add more Gigas (GB) to my M Net Móvel plan if necessary?

Sim, you can adjust your M Net Móvel plan according to your needs. If you find that you are approaching the Gigas (GB) limit included in your plan, you can easily add more data via theMEO Empresas customer area online platform. This flexibility allows you to adapt your mobile internet plan to the demands of your day-to-day life, ensuring a continuous and uninterrupted connectivity experience.

Mobile internet traffic at roaming within the European Economic Area (EEA), Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom is deducted from the national data allowance and is subject to a 50GB responsible usage policy (PUR) at plan , 500GB at plan , and 100GB at . All traffic is included. You will be notified via text when you reach 80% and 100% of your RUP data allowance. Once this RUP is exhausted, the traffic consumed will continue to be deducted from your national data allowance, plus €0.0011/MB. More information on how the RUP is calculated.

MEO will adopt measures to restrict the speed of Internet access whenever it needs to ensure minimum levels of quality of use, guarantee the security and integrity of the network and prevent the exhaustion of its capacity. MEO may monitor the use of the service in order to prevent its use from posing a risk to the security or integrity of the network and/or abusive use and/or use contrary to the provisions of the contract, MEO reserving the right to apply restrictions to the service, refuse or suspend access, as well as terminate the contract, in the event of (i) improper use of the service by the customer, (ii) use of the service(s) in the context of illegal activities, (iii) culpable and serious breach of contractual obligations and/or (iv) situations of fraud.
