International Minutes

For just €2.5 a month you can get an extra 250 international minutes.

Fixed-to-mobile minutes

For just €2.5 a month you can get an extra 500 national fixed-mobile minutes.

Simple numbering

You can purchase additional numbers with an activation fee of €13.47 and a monthly fee of €0.75 per additional number.

Sequential Numbering

You can purchase sequential numbering, with an activation fee of €13.47 and a monthly fee of €4.82.

Voice Office membership campaign valid for subscriptions until January 31, 2026 consists of the offer of Installation and Activation and a discount on the monthly fee. Conditions valid with 24-month loyalty.

Fixed Internet and Fixed Voice

Voice Office is applicable to MEO Fibre bundles with phone and broadband.


Additional Users

Voice Office allows a maximum of 4 users.

Each additional user with cordless phone or with wired phone has a monthly fee of €10.10 or an Executive Executive wired phone with a monthly fee of €11.50/month. You will be entitled to 1,000 minutes/month to national fixed destinations, 50 minutes/month to national mobile destinations. Offer of additional user activation if subscribed during the first 18 months of loyalty


Minute Plafonds

Minutes are shared between users of the same Voice Office installation. Once the ceiling has been used up, the charges of €0.07 for national fixed networks and €0.321 for national mobile networks apply. Billing by the minute. Calls made between terminals in the same Voice Office installation are considered internal and do not count against the minute ceiling.

Additional bundles minutes can be purchased in several blocks of the same bundle to meet the needs of each customer. Maximum of 5 bundles per type of traffic.

The countries included in bundle for international minutes are:

Fixed destinations: South Africa, Alaska, Germany, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, South Korea, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United States of America (includes Saint Thomas and Puerto Rico),Finland, France, Greece, Hawaii, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Morocco, Mexico, Norway, Peru, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Russia, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Taiwan, Turkey, Vatican, Venezuela.

Mobile destinations: Alaska, Canada, China, United States of America and Hawaii.


Additional numbering

Additional numbering can be purchased in a maximum of 9 single numbers and/or two independent blocks of 10 sequential numbers, fixed geographic numbering.
