What is MEO Go and what are the different options available?

MEO Go is a service that allows you to watch your MEO TV channels on tablet, smartphone, and PC.

MEO Go is free and included in your bundle with TV, at no additional cost on your bill.
To use it, you just need to be connected to the WiFi network of the respective MEO service.
If your bundle include Internet or is satellite-based, you need to activate MEO Go "Outside the Home" to be able to watch MEO channels.

To watch TV outside your home/business or with internet access other than your own, you must subscribe to MEO Go Fora de Casa, which is a paid service.
This service is paid and, as the name suggests, you can use it outside your home connected to any internet, but if you are connected with MEO mobile data, you will not use up your internet data allowance.

In which countries is MEO Go Fora de Casa available?

MEO Go Away from Home is available in mainland Portugal, the Azores, Madeira, and even from European Union countries where customers temporarily located.

How do I subscribe to MEO Go Fora de Casa?

Subscribing to MEO Go Out of Home can be done in different ways:

1. Via the MEO Go app. Open the MEO Go app on your mobile device. Log in and go to "My Subscriptions" > "MEO Go – Away from Home" > "Subscribe" in the settings.
2. In the customer area:
   
• my MEO > select the "Services" option > choose the bundle and select "MEO Go" > subscribe to "Outside the Home"
• customer area > "Accounts and Products" > "Products and Services" > "Manage products and services"
3. Through customer Support (see the plan) or MEO Empresas customer Support (see the plan).

How do I log in to MEO Go using mytablet?

Download the app available on the App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery.

• If you are at home connected to your MEO service WiFi, authentication in the App is automatic and you do not need to enter the email and password associated with your MEO account (MEO ID).
• If you are away from home or connected to a mobile network, log in using the email address and password associated with your MEO account (MEO ID). If you do not yet have a MEO ID, you can easily create one.

After logging in, you will immediately start watching TV.

The watching of fixed grid channels is available to customers with MEO fibre bundles and MEO ADSL with TV and Internet service via the MEO Fixed Internet connection at customer premises. Customers with other MEO bundles, must subscribe to MEO Go Fora de Casa to access this content. Premium channel viewing is available at customers with the channels subscribed to on TV (with the exception of the Sport TV channels which require a subscription to Sport TV Premium HD + Multiscreen bundle) via any Internet connection with MEO Go at no additional cost. Premium channels cannot be watched on several devices simultaneously.
