General Terms and Conditions for M Móvel Rate Plans
Voice and textThe voice and text allowance text within Portugal, and calls and texts made while roaming Zone 1 countries (European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom) are deducted from the text voice and text allowance. Once the allowance is exhausted, voice calls are charged at €0.163 per minute, and each text is charged as extra monthly fee.The mobile voice service allows you to pay for Google Play Store purchases using your prepaid balance or through MEO Empresas bill. Mobile InternetInternet traffic is billed in 10-kilobyte blocks.Whenever you reach 80% and 100% of your internet data allowance (+ net and plan ), you’ll receive an text . To check your available internet data allowance, send text with the word NET to 12300 or check your customer portal. Once your monthly data allowance is exhausted, data usage will be blocked. To continue browsing, send text with the word MAISNET to 12388 to check the available data options. The Mobile Internet allowance applies within Portugal and while roaming European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, and is subject to a responsible use policy (RUP) of 50 GB for M Móvel and M Móvel , and 100 GB for the Unlimited plan. You will be notified via text when you reach 80% and 100% of your RU data allowance. Once this RU is exhausted, data usage will be charged at €0.0011/MB.
