General conditions
The products and services are intended for the business market. To the prices shown is added the value of VAT at the legal rate in force.
Discounts on the monthly fee for 24 months for new subscriptions to the M Móvel 100GB, M Móvel 200GB and M Móvel Unlimited tariffs, subject to 24 months' loyalty.
The monthly fees shown include a discount of €0.81 per month for subscriptions to the electronic invoice for as long as it remains active.

Samsung Summer Campaign
When purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S25, S26, or Z7 smartphone, new subscribers to plan M Móvel plan receive a promotional monthly rate of €12.187/month for 24 months. Valid for new subscribers with a 24-month contract. To take advantage of this offer, the tax ID (NIF) of the device owner and the M Móvel subscriber must be the same. Purchasing a device entitles you to a plan a promotional monthly rate.
This promotion is valid from July 21, 2026, through August 31, 2026, and is limited to current inventory.
Calls and texts
The voice and text allowance text within the United States and communications made while roaming Zone 1 countries (European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom) are deducted from the text voice and text allowance. Once the allowance has been used up, voice communications are charged at €0.163 per minute and each text is charged at extra monthly fee.
The mobile voice service allows you to pay for Google Play Store purchases using your prepaid balance or through your company's MEO Empresas bill. Learn more about Google Play.
Mobile Data
Internet traffic is charged in 10kB blocks.
Whenever you reach 80% and 100% of your internet limit (+ net and plan ), you will receive a text . To find out your available internet limit, send text with the word NET to 12300 or check your customer area. Once your monthly limit has been used up, traffic will be blocked. To continue browsing, send text with MAISNET to 12388 to check the available internet options.
The Mobile Internet data cap applies within Portugal and at roaming in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, and is subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of 50 GB for the “ M Móvel ” plan, 100 GB for the “ M Móvel ” plan, and 200 GB for the “Unlimited” plan. You will be notified via text when you reach 80% and 100% of your FUP data allowance. Once this FUP is exhausted, traffic consumed will be charged at €0.0011/MB. MEO reserves the right to charge a surcharge for traffic generated on roaming within the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland, in accordance with the rules Acceptable Use Policy applicable in these countries or via the number 12083 (toll-free call).

The Monthly Fees shown are subject to a minimum contractual period of 24 months, involve signing up to the Electronic Invoice and include a discount of €0.81 on the monthly fee for as long as it remains active and are free when the card is activated. In the option without loyalty, the card activation fee is €48.78.
For security reasons, the cards are subject to a limit starting at €75 per month for non-included communications, extra monthly fee, and this amount is subject to change.
