Changing the Domain's DNS servers

You can change your domain's DNS servers directly in the customer portal. If you have any questions or need technical support, please call us on 800 20 6000.

Transfer Domain from another provider

It is possible to transfer your domain to our platform. You will need to obtain the AUTH code from your current provider. Contact our support team to guide you through each step of the process.

Associate a domain with an email service or website

You can associate your domain with our business email service or with a website. If you need help with configuration, our support team can assist you to ensure that everything works correctly.

Renew Domain

As long as you subscribe to the Web Services, the registered Domain is automatically renewed annually.

Cancel Domain

You can request the cancellation of a domain, but please note that the amount paid for the registration is non-refundable. In addition, the monthly fee or any amount associated with the domain must be paid by the end of the registration period.
