  • Changing Domain DNS Servers

    You can change your domain's DNS servers directly in the portal. customer . If you have any questions or need technical support, please contact us at 800 20 6000.

  • Transfer Domain from another provider

    It is possible to transfer your domain to our platform. You will need to obtain the transfer code (AUDI code) from your current provider. Contact our support team to guide you through each step of the process.

  • Associate Domain to an Email Service or Website

    You can associate your domain with our business email service or a website. If you need help with setup, our support team can assist you to ensure everything works properly.

  • Renew Domain

    While you subscribe to the Web Services, the registered Domain is automatically renewed annually.

  • Cancel Domain

    You can request to cancel a domain, but please note that the amount paid for registration is non-refundable. Additionally, the monthly fee or any amount associated with the domain must be paid by the end of the registration period.
