Email Fraud (BEC – Business Email Compromise)

Identity Impersonation

Malicious Links
URLs sent via email that lead to fraudulent websites or download malware onto victims' devices.
Malware via Attachments
Files that appear to be legitimate but, when opened, install malicious software on the computer.
Phishing
An attack that attempts to obtain credentials, bank details, or sensitive information through phishing emails, which are becoming increasingly sophisticated and difficult to spot.
AI-Based Phishing
Email campaigns generated using artificial intelligence are more personalized and credible, leading to higher open rates.
Ransomware via Email
Malware distributed via email attachments or links that encrypts company files and demands a ransom.
Incident Response (SOAR/EDR)
Automated processes that enable a rapid response when an attack is detected in the email ecosystem.
