What is Premium Support for Private Servers?

This is an additional service that supports the configuration and use of Private Servers .

It provides a technical support team that will, at your request, carry out a range of configurations, activities and consultancy. Each activity carried out will be deducted from the balance and some activities may be subject to an estimated execution time.

The service has a web portal, which allows you to access the information you need in real time, configure and manage your virtual environment, applications or services, adjust the contracted capacity or check consumption.

How do I increase the C: disk of my Windows Virtual Server?

Operating systems in the Microsoft Windows family do not allow disks that are in use to be enlarged.

To be able to use the additional disk you must choose one of the following options: Create a new partition in the additional space available or increase the size of the C: partition by following these steps:

1. Prepare and inform all interested parties that a server outage will occur
2. Shutting down the server to be changed
3. Make a clone of the server to be changed
   
4. Check that the clone has all the data and works correctly
5. Turn off the clone;Mount the ISO "Tools: Expand partition C:"
6. Restart the server and wait for the console to become available
7. Checking the server status
8. If an anomaly is detected, turn off the server and turn on the clone.
