(1) For current BTV customers to access the multi-camera BTV Experience, they have to switch to this new product by subscribing in the Box under TV Channels and Services, and they will have a new period of permanence (30 days for BTV Experience and 12 months for BTV Experience Annual).
BTV Experience is available for customers with MEOBox, Android TV or TVs with the MEO App. This product is not yet available for customers Apple TV.
(2) Membership of the BTV Annual product implies a minimum period of 12 months.
(3)For current customers Empresas customers to access the multi-camera BTV Experience, they must switch to this new product by subscribing to it in Box TV Channels and Services, and will then have a new minimum contract period: 30 days for BTV Experience Empresas and 12 months for BTV Experience Empresas Anual.
(4) Membership of the BTV Empresas product is exclusive to NIF 5 and 6 customers .
BTV Experience is available to customers with MEOBox, Android TV or TVs with the MEO App. This product is not yet available forApple TV customers . The multi-camera feature is not available to Satellite customers .

16 200 and 16206 for companies - From the MEO network, free calls for automatic customer service, sales and technical support. Personalized service for other matters, 20 cents per minute for tariffs that include calls to the MEO network, or the cost of a call to the MEO network in other cases. Maximum of €2 per call. From other networks, 50.9 cents per minute with a maximum value of €5.94 per call.
