General conditions

The products and services are intended for the business market. To the prices shown is added the value of VAT at the legal rate in force.

The commercial conditions presented are valid exclusively for new TV customers and cannot be combined with other current campaigns.

On bundles Sport Office, customers with a tax ID number (NIF) starting with 5 or 6 must subscribe to bundles with the Business channels, for an additional monthly fee of €86.37 (on bundle with Sport TV Empresas HD, BTV Experience Empresas, and DAZN Empresas).

The figures shown include a discount of €8.13, granted for 24 months' loyalty, and a monthly discount of €0.81 for signing up to the Electronic Invoice, applicable for as long as it remains active.

For options without loyalty, the monthly fee for the bundles is increased by €8.13.

Offers associated with signing up for Electronic Billing and Direct Debit services require a 24-month commitment, otherwise these amounts will be charged to your MEO bill. The advantages, membership benefits, and included services are not available for bundles .

The availability of the services included may vary depending on technical feasibility and the bundle subscribed to.

Home Broadband

Fibre Broadband

The fixed Internet speeds shown refer to data transmission speeds between the installation and the central office, and do not include data encapsulation. The actual download and upload speeds indicated may vary depending on several factors, including the terminal equipment (PC, Tablet, smartphone) used.

The availability of speeds of up to 10Gbps at the address where the MEO service is installed is subject to technical validation. The maximum speed can only be achieved using devices with a 10Gbps network card. Maximum Internet speed is up to 8Gbps, with the remaining bandwidth used for error correction, ensuring performance stability. Maximum speed under ideal technology conditions, not including data encapsulation.

Satellite Internet

The fixed Internet speeds shown refer to the maximum speeds for each installation and may vary depending on mobile network coverage at the installation address. bundles via mobile technology, in the wireless version with unlimited traffic.

Television

TV Fibre

To access all the channels, High Definition or 3D content, MEO VideoClube, Premium Channels and Interactive Applications, you need a Smart TV with the MEO TV App or a MEOBox.

The MEO Fibre service allows the installation of up to 4 boxes, as long as at least one is a 4K Android TV MEOBox or Apple TV.

In the case of the 1st MEOBox, DVR is mandatory. Without Box, you can watch up to 120 channels.

4K MEOBox Monthly fee of €5.68. In the case of the first MEOBox (with DVR), the price is €1.63 for new TV subscriptions (except for subscriptions withAndroid box and when purchasing Sony or XIAOMI Android ). WiFi installation, no physical connection between the MEOBox and the MEO Fibergateway router is required, subject to technical validation on site.

Adult channels (except Adults Unlimited) are available on Android TV (via private mode only), Sony and Xiaomi Smart TV (via private mode only) and MEO Go (via website only). They are not available on Apple TV or Samsung Smart TV .

Monthly fee of €4.06. The first box Android box is included in new TV subscriptions, except in bundles MEOBox and when purchasing Sony or XIAOMI Android .

Monthly fee of €4.06 for the 1st Apple TV 4K and €6.50/month for the rest.

The cost of renting additional MEOBox(es) is added to the monthly service fee.

Satellite TV

The MEO Satellite service requires the installation of a MEOBox. You can install up to two MEOBoxes, only one of which is a DVR (with recording).

No recording: MEOBox Full HD - included in the bundle.

There is a purchase option available for MEOBox Full HD for €64.23 when you sign up for the TV service.

Voice Office

A business voice solution with the main features of a telephone exchange, in a single invoice, with cost control and autonomy in its management through a web portal, guaranteeing a more efficient, personalized and professional service for your company. Mobile phone

The limit includes internet, minutes, and text card for domestic use within the country for national mobile and landline networks (numbers beginning with 2, 3, and 9) and roaming European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom. It does not include MMS, communications to 760, 808, 707 numbers, customers support, international calls, and other Roaming communications Roaming included in the limit, which will be charged on your monthly bill. Mobile data for use within Portugal and while roaming is billed in 10KB blocks. Once the monthly data allowance is exhausted, any additional data used will be deducted from your domestic data allowance and charged at €0.0011 per MB.

Whenever you reach 80% and 100% of your internet limit (+ net and plan ), you will receive a text . To find out your available internet limit, send text with the word NET to 12300 or check your customer area. Once your monthly limit has been used up, traffic will be blocked. To continue browsing, send text with MAISNET to 12388 to check the available internet options.

Once the plan's monthly cap has been used up, data traffic will be blocked until the end of the month. To continue surfing, activate more net by dialing *#136# followed by the call key or contact your manager. More information on PUR calculation.

MEO reserves the right to charge a surcharge for traffic carried out in roaming EEA, according to the rules of Acceptable Use Policy applied in these countries, which can be consulted here or by calling 12083 (toll free).

For your security there is a communication limit extra monthly fee of €40/month and you can choose other amounts between €0 and €50. roaming communications are not included in this limit.

MEO GO traffic is free in Portugal and at roaming, in zone 1, the mobile internet conditions apply (MEO GO not available at roaming for customers with NIF beginning with 5 or 6).

The mobile voice service allows you to pay for Google Play Store purchases on your company's rechargeable balance or MEO/MEOMEO Empresas invoice. Find out more about Google Play.

Mobile Internet for PC/Tablet or Hotspot

Mobile internet for use with a router, PC, or tablet within Portugal, and at roaming within the European Economic Area (EEA), Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom. Mobile internet traffic at roaming within the European Economic Area (EEA), Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom is deducted from the national data allowance and is subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of 50 GB at plan , 500 GB, and 100 GB at M Net Móvel .
