The bundles presented include 50 radio channels and 4 interactive channels.

To access all the channels, High Definition or 3D content, MEO VideoClube, Premium Channels and Interactive Applications, you need a MEOBox.

The Business Office Pack service allows the installation of up to 4 boxes, as long as at least one is a 4K Android TV MEOBox or Apple TV.

Without Box, you can watch up to 120 channels.

4K MEOBox WiFi Monthly fee of €4.06. In the case of the 1st MEOBox (with DVR) the price is €1.63 for new TV subscriptions (except for subscriptions with box 4K Android TV MEOBox or Apple TV and the purchase of Android TV Sony or XIAOMI).

WiFi installation, no physical connection required between Box and the Fibregateway router, subject to on-site technical validation.

MEOBox Android TV: Monthly fee of €2.43. The 1st box Android TV is included in new TV subscriptions, except for bundles with MEOBox and the purchase of Android Sony or XIAOMI TV.

Box Apple TV 4K - Monthly fee of €4.06 for the 1st Apple TV 4K and €6.50/month for the rest.

The cost of renting additional MEOBox(es) is added to the monthly service fee.

Internet

The availability of speed at the address where the MEO service is installed is subject to technical validation. Fixed internet speeds, when shown, refer to maximum download/upload speeds which may vary depending on various factors.

Phone

It offers a business voice solution with the main features of a telephone exchange, with autonomy in its management through a web portal, guaranteeing a more efficient, personalised and professional service for your company.

You can add up to 5 plafonds of 250 international minutes or 500 minutes for national mobile networks for €2.50/additional plafond.

Mobile phone

Plafond includes internet, minutes and text per card for use in national territory for national mobile and fixed networks (numbers beginning with 2, 3 and 9) and roaming in the European Economic Area (EEA). It does not include MMS, communications to 760, 808, 707, customers support, international and other Roaming communications not included in the cap, which will be charged to your monthly bill. Mobile Internet, for use on national territory, in EEA roaming is charged in 10KB blocks. bundles with 200GB and 500GB have a PUR of 50GB/month GB and bundles with unlimited traffic at maximum available speed have 100GB/month. Once the PUR is exhausted, the traffic consumed will be deducted from your national ceiling, plus €0.0013/MB.

Whenever you reach 80% and 100% of your internet allowance (+ net and plan base), you will receive a text alert. To find out how much internet you have available, dial *#123# or check your customer area.

Once you have used up your monthly allotment on plan, your data traffic will be blocked until the end of the month. To continue surfing, activate more net by dialing *#136# followed by the call key or contact your manager.

MEO reserves the right to charge a surcharge for traffic carried in EEA roaming , in accordance with the rules of the Acceptable Use Policy applied in these countries, which can be consulted here or by calling 12083 (free call).

For your security, you have a extra monthly fee of €40/month and you can choose other amounts between €0 and €50. This limit does not include roaming communications.

MEO GO traffic is free in Portugal and at roaming, in zone 1, the mobile internet conditions apply (MEO GO not available at roaming for customers with NIF beginning with 5 or 6).

Mobile Internet for PC/Tablet or Hotspot

Mobile Internet for use on a router, PC or tablet, in national territory and while roaming in the European Economic Area (EEA). Mobile internet traffic for tablet roaming in the EEA is subject to a 100GB/month policy of responsible use (PUR). Once the PUR has been exhausted, the traffic consumed will be deducted from your national ceiling, plus €0.0013/MB.
