The GlobalConnect Pack contract requires a 36-month retention period and FE + DD membership.

Fixed Internet speeds, when presented, refer to data transmission speeds between your company and the central office, and do not include data encapsulation. Actual download and upload speeds may vary depending on several factors, including the terminal equipment (PC, Tablet, smartphone) used by customer more information on Internet access speeds, please refer to thedocument.

Whenever you reach 80% and 100% of your mobile internet limit, you will receive a text . To find out your available internet limit, check your customer area customer send an SMS with the text "Net" to 12300 or 16206. The equipment shown is subject to stock availability and in the event of stock shortages, alternative models with the same or similar functional characteristics will be supplied.

The sale of PCs on installments presupposes a minimum loyalty period of 24 months and requires prior approval by MEO. A down payment of €75 or €100 and an administrative cost of €8.13 will be charged. The monthly fee for the chosen PC mobile internet plan is added to the PC installment price.

MEO GO and MEO Cloud traffic is free in Portugal and the mobile internet conditions apply when roaming in zone 1. customers with NIF 5 and 6 will not be able to use MEO Go when Roaming.

Mobile internet roaming traffic roaming zone 1 (European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom) is deducted from the national allowance and is subject to a fair use policy (FUP) of 100GB on plan . You will be notified by text when you reach 80% and 100% of your RUP data volume. Once this RUP has been used up, the traffic consumed will continue to be deducted from your national allowance, plus €0.0011/MB (excluding VAT). More information about RUP calculation.
