José Alegria is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Altice Portugal and Coordinator of the CyberWatch Program for the entire Altice Group. He oversees the Cybersecurity and Privacy Department, which includes Altice Portugal’s Cyber Security Operations Center and CSIRT. He is also a member of the Advisory Group on Communication Providers at EUROPOL’s European Cybercrime Center (EC3).

Alexandre Fonseca

He has served as Chief Technology Officer at PT since 2015. Previously, he served as CEO of ONI Portugal and ONI Mozambique, as well as CTO and Director of Technology and Information Systems at Cabovisão. Between 1995 and 2007, he held positions in the areas of IS/IT, telecommunications, and strategic business management, both in consulting and in sectors such as travel and tourism, in Portugal and on various international projects.
He is a member of APDC and APDSI. He collaborates with organizations in the areas of Project Management, Strategy, and Communication, and regularly writes articles on IS/IT for various Portuguese specialized media outlets. He is a guest speaker and lecturer at academic events in the fields of technology and management.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Lisbon and a graduate degree in Sales and Marketing Management from the Team View Institute in Lisbon.
