With a national and international professional career based on Production Management, Supply Chain, PMO and Industrial Operations in the Energy sector in the areas of Transformers, Switchgear, Automation and Mobility, Hélder Almeida is Director of Operations for the Transformers business at Efacec Power Solutions.

He has a degree in Information Systems Engineering from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto and an Executive MBA from Porto Business School.

David Oliveira

David is a Principal in the Transaction Strategy Execution practice at EY-Parthenon.

With more than a decade of experience in consulting projects, it supports customers in acquisition processes by identifying synergies, preparing operational and IT due diligences, and preparing and implementing post-transaction integration programmes. In the same context, it helps customers dispose of assets that they want to sell, divest or raise capital for and that need to be removed from their ecosystem.

He is also the leader of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector at EY Portugal, where he works with all the competencies to put together the best team for the most complex challenges.
He has a degree in Economics from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, a postgraduate degree and a master's degree in Technology and Information Systems from ISG and an MBA in General Management from Católica | Nova, The Lisbon MBA.

Francisco Fontes
Senior Consultant

Francisco Fontes is a Senior Consultant at Altice Labs. He earned his bachelor’s degree from IST in 1991 and later, in 2000, completed his Ph.D. at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He began working at what is now Altice Labs in September 1991, at the Telecommunications Research Center in Aveiro.
Throughout his career, he has participated in national and European innovation projects, provided domestic consulting services, and supported the PT Group’s overseas operations. He has also been responsible for the delivery and implementation of solutions in customers and has served as a trainer.
He specializes in IP networks, access networks, and mobile networks, as well as network function virtualization, SDN, and 5G. Most recently, from January 2018 to June 2021, he coordinated the P2020 Mobilizador 5G project.
He also represents Altice Portugal on the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Institute and on the Management Committee of its Aveiro Campus.

Mário Seborro
Commercial Director
Altice Empresas

Mário Seborro is Altice Empresas' Commercial Director for the Corporate market. He has a degree in Systems Engineering from the Instituto Superior de Matemática e Gestão (Higher Institute of Mathematics and Management) and a Master's degree in Marketing from the Instituto Superior de Gestão (Higher Institute of Management).
In his career he has held various commercial, marketing and logistics positions in the technology and communications sector.
