After you have used up the communications to All National Networks included, they will be charged at €0.20 per minute/text in national territory and on roaming to/from EEA countries and the United Kingdom.
Once you've used up your monthly net allowance on your mobile phone, you can continue browsing with the Net Pay as You Go tariff which applies €0.015 per MB or
activate more net on the mobile phone. You can activate additional internet, one-off or monthly. To find out about the options for more net on your mobile phone, and to activate, send a free text with NET to 12388, go to my MEO or
sign up online.
Data allowances valid within the United States and when roaming EEA countries, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom. The M Móvel offer has an Acceptable Use Policy AUP) for roaming aforementioned countries of 50GB. You will be notified by text when you reach 80% and 100% of the PUR data volume. Once the PUR has been used up, the traffic consumed will continue to be deducted from your national data allowance, plus €0.0016/MB. For more information, see the Acceptable Use Policy.
MEO reserves the right to charge a surcharge for traffic roaming in the EEA and the United Kingdom, in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy rules applied in these countries.

All plafonds are renewed monthly on the 1st of each month.
The weekly fee is debited every 7 days from the day you join.
Before the weekly amount is charged, you will be sent a text reminding you that you must have a sufficient balance for the weekly amount to be debited. If you don't have enough to debit the weekly amount, a late fee of €0.60/day will apply for as long as you have a balance, up to a maximum of 7 days. When you have a balance equal to €0, you will be prevented from using the top-up until a top-up is made. After 7 days, at the time of the monthly/weekly charge, if you don't have the balance to debit the weekly charge, the plan switches to a mode without compulsory top-ups (to keep the card active you just need to make/receive a call within 90 days) and communications to numbers on national networks will cost €0.404/min and €0.text. When you top-up in this mode, the weekly fee is removed and you can once again benefit from all the conditions of your plan.
Changes from one plan with a monthly/weekly fee to another plan with a monthly/weekly fee are pending until the billing date of the next monthly/weekly fee of the current plan , so you don't pay twice in the same month/week.
All free calls are initially identified by a beep.
To keep the card active, you must have enough balance to pay the weekly amount of your plan.

The daily activation fee of €0.29 is charged on the 1st event of the day: calls made (voice) or messages senttext). Valid until midnight on the day of activation.
The €5 + 3GB bonus, valid for 30 days, is awarded on the first 3 top-ups of €5 or more. Find out

The plan has a monthly maintenance cost of €1.5. This amount extends the card's validity by 30 days and it remains active even if you don't make or receive any communications. If the available balance is insufficient to cover the monthly maintenance cost, the card will remain active as long as you receive a non-free text every 90 days.
If you use net, €0.015 per MB applies (Net Pay as You Go tariff) or, alternatively,
activate more net no mobile phone.

(1) MEO shall adopt measures to restrict the speed of Internet access whenever it is necessary to ensure minimum levels of quality of use, to guarantee the security and integrity of the network and to prevent the exhaustion of its capacity. MEO may monitor the use of the service in order to prevent its use from posing a risk to the security or integrity of the network and/or abusive use and/or contrary to the provisions of the contract, MEO reserving the right to apply restrictions to the service, refuse or suspend access, as well as terminate the contract, in the event of (i) improper use of the service by the customer; (ii) use of the service(s) in the context of illegal activities; (iii) culpable and serious breach of contractual obligations and/or (iv) situations of fraud.

(3) Terms valid from June 3, 2026, through August 19, 2026.
To keep the card active, a top-up of €10 must be made. For top-ups over €35, each additional €5 will grant 5 more days of use. top-up amount €95.
After top-up expires, the card will be blocked and you will not be able to use the Mobile Internet.
