(1) You can include the monthly fee for the MEO SIM card Kids in the bill for your MEO bundle , with total cost control or, alternatively, join the Kids plan with top-up (prepaid) where the monthly fee will be charged directly to the card balance.
You can only receive and make calls and send text to the numbers identified up to 20 numbers, valid in national territory and roaming in the countries of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. The 20 authorized numbers, beginning with 2, 3 and 9, can be defined in the customer Area at
mymeo.pt. Alternatively, you can call 16200.
Mobile internet allowance valid in Portugal and when roaming European Economic Area countries, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom. After you have used up the monthly internet allowance mobile phone plan Kids Prepaid plan mobile phone , you can continue browsing with the Net Pay as You Go rate, which charges €0.015 per MB, or
activate more internet on your mobile phone. You can activate additional internet, either one-off or monthly. To find out about the options for more internet on mobile phone, and to activate them, send text with NET to 12388, go to my MEO
sign up online.
In a calendar year, you can make 2 free changes to authorized numbers (the 1st configuration is not counted). All other changes during this period are charged at €1 per change.
In addition to everything the plan offers, it also blocks value-added calls.
MEO reserves the right to charge a surcharge for roaming traffic roaming European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, and the United Kingdom in accordance with the
rules of Acceptable Use Policy applied in these countries, which can also be consulted by calling 12083 (toll-free).

plan MEO Kids Prepaid
To keep your free communications you must have the amount of the monthly fee (€7.49) available in your balance on the date it is debited. If you don't have enough to pay the monthly fee on that date, it will remain outstanding until you top-up. During the days in debt, a daily late fee of €0.50 is applied for a maximum of 7 consecutive days and the plafonds remain available.
After 7 days, if you don't have enough balance to charge the monthly fee, the card will be blocked without being able to communicate. To unblock it, you will have to top up the monthly fee and the plafonds will be made available again (maximum 90 days).
Prepaid plans with a base allowance of 10GB or more offer maximum browsing speed. Other prepaid plans offer speeds of up to 40Mbps. See more information about

(2) The first two monthly payments are waived for new subscribers who sign up by August 31, 2026. Available only for bundles TV bundles that include mobile phone.
