Sim, you can use the same account. When you subscribe through MEO, your subscription will be charged to your MEO service bill. To activate Disney+, use your existing email and password. Your Disney+ login email does not need to be the same as your my MEO email.

How and where can I watch Disney+?

You can watch Disney+ on computers, smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, or other compatible devices. You must install the Disney+ app or go to www.disneyplus.com, using the email and password you chose when you activated your account. See compatible devices.

How can I subscribe to or reactivate Disney+ and pay via my MEO bill?

You can subscribe to Disney+ through the my MEO app or themy MEO customer area:

You will receive an email with a link to "Create Disney+ account." If you already have an account, use the same details. To reactivate your subscription, follow the same steps and use your existing account. If you do not receive the email, you can click on "Create Disney+ Account" in my MEO.

When you sign up for a Disney+ plan at a MEO store, you will be sent text and emails accepting the conditions, as well as text and emails with a link to the customer my MEO area, to complete the subscription and create a Disney+ account.

Video and audio quality depend on your Internet service and device capabilities. On the Standard Plan with Ads: supported devices vary and content cannot be downloaded.

What do the new plans offer?

The new Standard with Ads plan, together with the Standard and Premium plans, offer consumers more options and flexibility in choosing a plan that suits their type of consumption, while always ensuring access to exclusive and critically acclaimed original series.

Starting October 1, 2025, the monthly fee for your Disney+ plan will be updated: Disney+ Standard with Ads will be €6.99, Disney+ Standard will be €10.99, and Disney+ Premium will be €15.99.
