Do MEO refurbishments include accessories?

Refurbished products are sold with all the accessories that were included with the new products (charger, lightning cable, earphones). They may contain parts, components and accessories that, although not the same, are compatible and work.

What is a refurbished device?

MEO refurbished devices are not used devices. They are semi-new devices, either on display or returned after purchase. They are subjected to a rigorous quality control diagnosis, repaired if necessary and "cleaned" to their original state so that they can be reintroduced to the market "as new".

Are refurbished devices tested or evaluated?

What is the warranty period for MEO refurbished products?

The warranty period is 3 years*.

*NOTES: 

- Warranty on equipment purchased up to 31/12/2021 - 2 years (new equipment), 1 year (refurbished and used equipment).

- Warranty for equipment purchased from 01/01/2022 - 3 years (new and reconditioned equipment), 18 months ( used equipment). In the 3rd year of warranty, it is the consumer's responsibility to prove that the anomaly detected was already present on the date of purchase and delivery of the equipment.

- In the case of MEO Empresas customer , the guarantee is 2 years for new equipment and 1 year for refurbished and usedequipment.
