Available after online purchase and payment (up to 3 working days on the mainland and up to 7 working days on the islands).

Choose the store according to the type of pick-up available

The list shows stores with stock (available for immediate pickup) or stores that can be restocked (within 5 days). For more comprehensive searches, type "Store." If the list shows few or no results, it means that the selected product(s) are not currently available for pickup at any store.

If you have chosen a store on your product page, that store is pre-chosen, which means that if you add more items to your order, it will always check the available stock of the remaining items in the chosen store.

How can I track my order from the MEO online store?

To track your order from the MEO online store, go to themy MEO customer areamy MEO click on "Orders" using the MEO ID associated with the purchase or the order number and tax ID number, where you can see the updated shipping status. If you have any difficulty finding the tracking information or tracking your order, you can also contact customer support or use the online store contact form.

What delivery services are available in the MEO online store?

In the MEO online store, you can choose between delivery to an address of your choice or pickup at a MEO store, depending on the type of product and the option you select at the time of purchase. Delivery services include standard delivery at no additional cost in mainland Portugal and specific delivery times for islands, as well as different delivery times if you choose to pick up your order at a MEO store.

How long do deliveries from the MEO online store take?

Orders with standard delivery to mainland Portugal generally have an estimated delivery time of 3 business days, while for the Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores, delivery may take up to 10 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page. If you choose to pick up your order at a MEO store, the delivery time depends on in-store availability: it may be ready in about 1 hour after payment if the item is in stock, or it may follow the same timeframe as standard deliveries if it is out of stock.
