Smartcycle is available to MEO customers who are more than 12 months old and eligible for installment sales.

I already bought a device on instalments, can I join Smartcycle?

Yes, as long as you don't exceed the credit limit for instalment sales set by MEO.

In what conditions might my smartphone be as to be used to buy a new one?

The equipment must be delivered by the due date of the last instalment and under the eligibility conditions defined - details in the pdf.

Am I guaranteed a state-of-the-art smartphone?

The new equipment depends on the products available in the MEO portfolio and the stock available at any given time.

What happens if you don't want to buy a new smartphone at the end of the deadline?
