1. Be a MEO customer with bundles with TV, Net + Telephone,pay-monthly M Móvel plan ;

2. Have at least one MEO service (fixed telephone, pay-monthly mobile plan , internet or television) for 12 months or more;

3. Have no debts:
i) outstanding with MEO SGPS, SA;
ii) registered with other telecommunications operators.

4. If you are customer bundle customer bundle mobile phone purchase more than one device on an installment plan. If you are customer another MEO service, you may purchase one device on an installment plan. In both cases, the value of the device(s) cannot exceed the maximum credit limit per customer NIF);

5. You must have electronic billing and direct debit services activated. If you do not have these services, they will be activated automatically using the information you provide in your order;

6. The delivery address may be the address associated with your MEO service or, alternatively, a MEO Store (except for Smart TV purchases);

7. When paying in installments, customer free Bill Protection* insurance. This insurance guarantees reimbursement of installments in the event of hospitalization, involuntary unemployment, temporary disability, or permanent disability.

8. At the time of purchase, you must pay the down payment and the administrative fee of €40, with the remainder divided into monthly installments to be included in the invoice for the respective service;

9. If you are customer , you must send the following documentation:

• For Individual Entrepreneurs (ENI) no documentation is required
• For Companies: Permanent Company Certificate, Citizen Card or Identity Card of the Legal Representatives and Taxpayer Card of the Legal Representatives.
