(1) plan with all traffic included: MEO will adopt measures to restrict the speed of Internet access whenever it needs to ensure minimum levels of quality of use, guarantee the security and integrity of the network and prevent the exhaustion of its capacity. MEO may monitor the use of the service to prevent its use from posing a risk to the security or integrity of the network and/or abusive use and/or contrary to the provisions of the contract, MEO reserving the right to apply restrictions to the service, refuse or suspend access, as well as terminate the contract, in the event of (i) improper use of the service by customer; (ii) use of the service(s) in the context of illegal activities; (iii) culpable and serious breach of contractual obligations and/or (iv) situations of fraud.
(2) Terms valid for new sign-ups through August 24, 2026. The monthly rates apply for the first 12 months. Starting in the 13th month, the monthly rate of €20 applies to the “ plan ” plan with “All Data Included.”
For other “ customers ” plans (except M3e and M4e), the “All Data Included” promotion at €10/month requires a 12-month commitment.
If you purchase discounted equipment, a 12-month loyalty period will apply.
Whenever you reach 80% and 100% of your Internet allotment, an alert text will be sent. Once you have used up the included Monthly Traffic, your access speed will be reduced to 128kbps until the end of the month.
Unused monthly traffic is not carried over to the following month.
Taxation is done in 10kB blocks.

The Internet access speed is the maximum available in the area where you are and depends on the equipment.
