A monthly fee discount is offered for 24 months to new subscribers to “ plan ” and “M Móvel Ilimitado,” subject to a 24-month commitment. Offer valid from July 1, 2026, through August 24, 2026.
Samsung Summer Promotion: With the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S25, S26, Z Fold, or Z Flip smartphone, new subscribers to plan M Móvel plan receive a promotional monthly rate of €14.99/month for 24 months. Valid for new subscribers with a 24-month contract. To take advantage of this promotion, the tax ID (NIF) of the device owner and plan be the same. Promotion valid from July 21, 2026, through August 31, 2026, and subject to availability.
The prices mentioned include VAT at the legal rate of 23%.
The monthly fees shown include a discount of €1 per month for subscriptions to the electronic invoice for as long as it remains active.

The caps mentioned are available for national mobile and fixed network destinations (numbers beginning with 2, 3 and 9).
All calls and text made beyond this usage will be charged at the rate of €0.20 per minute or text.
Voice calls charged by the minute and Internet in 10KB blocks.
extra monthly fee communications: MMS, calls to numbers 760, 808, 707, customers support, international and roaming, are not included in the ceiling and will be charged on the monthly bill.
For greater security, there is a pre-defined limit of extra monthly fee communications, but you can choose other values in your customer area, and roaming communications are not taken into account for this limit. Check your limit on my MEO, on the

Roaming European Economic Roaming (EEA), Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom
The above limits are applicable for roaming European Economic Area (EEA), Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, under the same conditions of use.
The Mobile Net can be used while roaming in the countries mentioned above, to which the following Acceptable Use Policy (PUR) will apply: 50GB in the 100GB and 200GB tariffs and 100GB in the Unlimited plan . You will be notified by text when you have reached 80% and 100% of the PUR data volume.
Once the PUR has been exhausted, the traffic consumed will be deducted from your national allowance, plus €0.0014/MB. For more information, see the
Acceptable Use Policy. Any remaining Roaming communications Roaming included in the allowance will be charged on your monthly bill.
After you have used up the voice and/or text allowances text in your plan, you will be charged €0.20 pertext roaming EEA countries, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom.
MEO reserves the right to charge a surcharge for traffic roaming , Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, in accordance with the rules of the
Acceptable Use Policy applied in these countries, which can be consulted by calling 12083 (toll-free).

Usage policy
The Mobile Internet service with Unlimited traffic is intended for the personal and exclusive use of customer and, at all times, on a single access terminal device of his/her choice. The use of tariffs by third parties and/or for the purposes of commercial exploitation of the service is prohibited in any form.
MEO may monitor the use of the service in order to prevent its use from posing a risk to the security or integrity of the network and/or abusive use and/or use contrary to the provisions of the contract, MEO reserving the right to apply restrictions to the service, refuse or suspend access, as well as terminate the contract, in the event of (i) improper use of the service by customer; (ii) use of the service(s) in the context of illegal activities; (iii) culpable and serious breach of contractual obligations and/or (iv) situations of fraud.
