Easy to join and use. No contracts or commitments. 

Join

Call or send text free of charge to 12045, with the following texts: "MP150" to join +Perto150 and "MP300" to join +Perto300. You will receive a text after activation to start using it immediately ⁽⁴⁾.

Deactivate

Call or send text free of charge to 12045, with the text "STOP" to deactivate plan +Perto. You will receive a text confirming deactivation ⁽⁵⁾.

Manage consumption

Check your available minutes allowance in the customer area or dial *#123# on mobile phone only for customers M Móvel, MOCHE, and mobile phone bundles ⁾.

VAT included at the legal rate in force, and prices valid in national territory.
Calls charged per minute. The minute usage allowance is not carried over to the following month for pay-monthly and to the following period (30 days) for pre-paid.

You will benefit from the conditions of plan +Perto after receiving the text confirmation of subscription.

Deactivation:

⁽⁴⁾ To deactivate, call or send a free text to 12045 with the text "STOP" to deactivate the active plan +Perto.

You will receive a text confirming your deactivation.

For pre-paid tariffs, deactivation will take place during the next monthly billing cycle, while for post-paid tariffs deactivation will take place immediately.

In post-paid tariffs, the monthly fee is prorated on deactivation (only the days of use/activity are charged).

It is not possible to deactivate your plan +Perto within the first 30 days of activation.

Manage consumption:

⁽⁵⁾ Whenever you reach 80% and 100% of your minutes, you will receive a text alert on your mobile phone. At any time, you can check your consumption and the limit available in the MEO customer area.

customers with tariffs M Móvel, MOCHE and bundles with mobile phone can check the available limit by dialing *#123# on their mobile phone.

After the minutes have been used up, the international base rate will apply.
