New Intra-European Union Traffic Regulation

Following the amendment to Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as of May 15, 2019, the maximum prices to be paid for international outgoing calls and text messages (text) from Portugal to fixed and mobile networks in the European Union ⁽¹⁾ and the United Kingdom are as follows ⁽²⁾:

• Voice calls from fixed and mobile networks in Portugal to European Union countries and the United Kingdom: €0.2337 (3) per minute (VAT included at 23%);
• text from Portugal to European Union countries and the United Kingdom: € 0.0738 (4) per text (VAT Included at 23%).
