After you have used up the communications to All National Networks included, they will be charged at €0.20 per minute/text in national territory and on roaming to/from EEA countries and the United Kingdom.
Once you've used up your monthly net limit on your mobile phone, you can continue browsing with theNet Pay as You Go tariff, which applies €0.015 per MB, or activate more net on your mobile phone .

Plafonds valid in national territory and when roaming to/from EEA countries and the UK. The 100GB M Móvel offer has a 50GB Acceptable Use Policy (PUR) when roaming in the countries mentioned above. You will be notified via text when you have reached 80% and 100% of the PUR data volume. Once the PUR is exhausted, the traffic consumed will continue to be deducted from your national ceiling, plus 0.0016€/MB. For more information see the Acceptable Use Policy.
MEO reserves the right to charge a surcharge for traffic roaming in the EEA and the United Kingdom, in accordance with the rules of the Acceptable Use Policy applied in these countries, which can be found in the document or by calling
in the document orby calling 12083 (freephone).
All plafonds are renewed monthly on the 1st of each month.
The weekly fee is debited every 7 days from the day you join.
Before the weekly amount is charged, you will be sent a text reminding you that you must have a sufficient balance for the weekly amount to be debited. If you don't have enough to debit the weekly amount, a late fee of €0.60/day will apply for as long as you have a balance, up to a maximum of 7 days. When you have a balance equal to €0, you will be prevented from using the top-up until a top-up is made. After 7 days, at the time of the monthly/weekly charge, if you don't have the balance to debit the weekly charge, the plan switches to a mode with no compulsory top-ups (to keep the card active all you have to do is make/receive a call within 90 days) and communications to numbers on national networks will cost €0.404/min and €0.text. When you top-up in this mode, the weekly fee is removed and you can once again benefit from all the conditions of your plan.
Changes from one plan with a monthly/weekly fee to another plan with a monthly/weekly fee are pending until the billing date of the next monthly/weekly fee of the current plan , so you don't pay twice in the same month/week.
All free calls are initially identified by a beep.
To keep the card active, you must have enough balance to pay the weekly fee for your plan.
Pre-paid tariffs with a base plan greater than or equal to 10GB browse at maximum speed. The remaining prepaid tariffs will surf at speeds of up to 40Mbps. For more information on internet access speeds, consult the document available

The plan has a monthly maintenance cost of €1.50. This amount extends the card's validity by 30 days and it remains active even if you don't make or receive any communications. If the available balance is insufficient to cover the monthly maintenance cost, the card will remain active as long as you receive a non-free text every 90 days.
