    Moving home

    We will transfer your service to your new home. You will have a new contract with new conditions and benefits, so you should accept the Contract Summary as soon as you receive it.
    If you only have mobile services contact us to update your address.

    Service switch off

    Before we disconnect the service, you will receive a text message.
    On the day of the move, you should take the equipment to your new address.

    Stay tuned

    While we transfer your service, you can continue to watch MEO TV on your smartphone or tablet with MEO Go. You also keep access to the internet via the free MEO WiFi hotspots.

    Scheduling the installation

    You will receive a text with the date/time. To check or change the date or time, select the link sent in the text.

    Installation

    On the agreed day, the MEO technician will come to your house to install the service. You should have the equipment you brought from your previous home with you.
