Follow all stages of the home moving process, right through to completion.

    Moving home

    We'll transfer your fixed communications service to your new home. You will have a new contract with new conditions and benefits. You will receive a text to learn about and accept the new contractual conditions.

    Service switch off

    Before we disconnect the service at the previous address, you will receive a notice via text. On the move day, you must take the devices to your new address.

    Stay tuned

    While we transfer your service, you can continue to watch MEO TV on your smartphone or tablet with MEO Go. You also keep Internet access via the free MEO WiFi hotspots.

    Installation information

    You will receive a text with the date and period of the installation. The day before the technician's visit, you will receive a new text. You can check or change the date of your appointment.

    Installation

    On the scheduled day, the MEO technician will come to your new home to install the service. You will have new access data to the WiFi home network. For security reasons, you should change your password.

    Welcome to MEO World

    The customer and billing numbers will remain the same, only the billing address will change. You can check your customer details in the MEOBox menu at customer > my MEO. Manage your service and account in my MEO customer portal.
