What is SkyShowtime?

SkyShowtime is a streaming platform that brings together content from several renowned studios, such as Paramount, Universal Pictures, Nickelodeon, and Peacock. On SkyShowtime Portugal, users have access to international movies and series on a single service.

How can I subscribe to SkyShowtime and pay on my MEO invoice?

The SkyShowtime subscription with payment on the MEO bill is only available to customers (new or existing).

If you are customer current customer with TV, you can subscribe to SkyShowtime on my MEO, through the my MEO app, support lines (see the plan),MEO stores, or TV (Standard plan only). Simply choose the service where you want to add your SkyShowtime subscription. 

About 10 to 15 minutes after subscribing, you will receive an email and/or text a link that you must follow to create your SkyShowtime account (username and password) and thus complete your subscription to the chosen plan.

After creating your SkyShowtime account, you will receive a new email to verify your email account - "Verify email address". After completing all these steps, your SkyShowtime account will be activated and you can start watching SkyShowtime content.

If you don't have TV service yet, find out how to sign up for MEO TV. You can sign up for MEO with SkyShowtime Standard with Ads for an additional €1 (for 12, 24 months, or unlimited, depending on bundle you sign up for). Once you have signed up for this offer, if customer your plan to Standard or Premium, you will lose the offer (for 12 or 24 months).

I already have a SkyShowtime account. Can I subscribe?

In this case, if you want to start paying for your SkyShowtime subscription on your MEO service bill, you must cancel your current account before subscribing to the service through MEO, so that you can start paying for SkyShowtime on your MEO bill.

When you activate SkyShowtime on MEO, you can use the same email address you used previously.

I have already subscribed to SkyShowtime on my MEO bill, but I have not yet received any email or text.

You should wait up to 24 hours to receive confirmation of your subscription. You should always check your SPAM folder, junk mail, or the contacts assigned to your account. Call customer Support (see price list) to resolve the issue.

How can I watch SkyShowtime?

The streaming service can be viewed on computers, smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, or other devices. You must have the SkyShowtime app installed or access the website www.skyshowtime.com/pt and use the email and password you chose when you activated your SkyShowtime account. See compatible devices.
