The prices mentioned include VAT at the legal rate of 23%.

Subscription of bundles presented implies a period of 24 months (except for bundles with no retention) and the subscription offers also imply subscription of electronic invoicing and direct debit.

The bundle's monthly fee includes a €1/month discount for electronic invoicing (as long as it remains active), and a €10/month loyalty discount.

The offers associated with subscribing to the Electronic Invoice and Direct Debit services require that you maintain them for 24 months, otherwise these amounts will be charged on your MEO bill. The advantages, subscription benefits and services included are not available for subscriptions to bundles without retention period.

The availability of the services included may vary depending on technical feasibility and the bundle subscribed to.

Home Broadband

bundles download speeds of 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, and 10 Gbps have upload speeds of 400 Mbps, 2 Gbps, and 10 Gbps, respectively. For more information on Internet speeds, see the document.

Fibre

The Fixed Internet speeds shown refer to data transmission speeds between your home and the central office, and do not include data encapsulation. The actual download and upload speeds indicated may vary depending on various factors, including the terminal equipment (PC, Tablet, Smartphone) used by the customer.

The availability of 2 Gbps and up to 10 Gbps speeds at the MEO service installation address is subject to technical validation. The maximum speed can only be achieved using devices that support the contracted speeds. In the specific case of 10 Gbps speeds, the maximum Internet access speed provided is up to 8 Gbps, with the remainder allocated to error correction mechanisms inherent to data transmission technology, ensuring a high level of stability and performance in access. Maximum speed under ideal technological conditions, excluding data encapsulation.

Satellite

The Fixed Internet speeds shown refer to the maximum speeds for each customer and may vary according to the mobile network coverage at the installation address. bundles available via mobile technology, in the wireless version with unlimited traffic.

Television

Sport TV Multiscreen, SkyShowtime
The Sport TV Multiscreen or SkyShowtime offer is assigned after installation of bundle. To enjoy the entire offer period, you must subscribe on the first day. After the campaign period, subscriptions will remain active.

If you do not wish to keep your Sport TV Total Multiscreen subscription active, you can request cancellation of the service directly on the box in the personal area or via the my MEO App. In the case of the SkyShowTime offer included in the MEO bundle , the monthly fee offer will continue to apply as long as you keep the bundle subscribed, even after the 24 months of the initial contract.

Can be combined with other current campaigns.

TV Fibre

To access all channels, MEO VideoClube and Premium Channels, you need a Smart TV with the MEO TV App or a MEOBox. Check the available equipment.

Adult channels (except Adults Unlimited) are available on Android TV (via private mode only), Sony and Xiaomi Smart TV (via private mode only) and MEO Go (via website only). They are not available on Apple TV or Samsung Smart TV .

Satellite TV

Check the available equipment conditions. MEO VideoClube available for Satellite customers using the MEO Go service.

MEOBox installation is mandatory. The monthly fees shown include the 1st MEOBox.

Mobile phone

For your security, you have a extra monthly fee of €30/month (including VAT) and you can choose between €0 and €50, with roaming communications not included in this limit.

Mobile usage limits

The caps mentioned are available for national mobile and fixed network destinations (numbers beginning with 2, 3 and 9).

All calls and text made beyond this usage will be charged at the rate of €0.20 per minute or text.

The MMS usage limit does not include communications to 760, 808, 707, customers support, international and other roaming communications, which will be charged on the monthly bill.

Mobile Internet is charged in 10KB blocks.

The Mobile Internet service with Unlimited traffic is intended for the personal and exclusive use of customer and, at all times, on a single access terminal device of his/her choice. The use of tariffs by third parties and/or for the purposes of commercial exploitation of the service is prohibited in any form.

MEO may monitor the use of the service in order to prevent its use from posing a risk to the security or integrity of the network and/or abusive use and/or use contrary to the provisions of the contract, MEO reserving the right to apply restrictions to the service, refuse or suspend access, as well as terminate the contract, in the event of (i) improper use of the service by customer; (ii) use of the service(s) in the context of illegal activities; (iii) culpable and serious breach of contractual obligations and/or (iv) situations of fraud.

Roaming European Economic Roaming (EEA), Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom

The above limits are applicable for roaming European Economic Area (EEA), Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, under the same conditions of use.

bundles with unlimited traffic will have a 100GB Acceptable Use Policy . bundles with 200GB will have a PUR of 50GB.

Once the PUR has been exhausted, the traffic consumed will be deducted from your national allowance, plus €0.0014/MB. For more information, see the Acceptable Use Policy. Any remaining Roaming communications Roaming included in the allowance will be charged on your monthly bill.

MEO reserves the right to charge a surcharge for EEA and UK roaming traffic, in accordance with the rules of the Acceptable Use Policy applied in these countries, which can be consulted here or by calling 12083 (free call).

Landline

Includes calls to national fixed networks 24 hours a day and 1,000 minutes of international calls from 9pm to 9am to 50 destinations.

Telephone equipment not included. Option of monthly wireless phone rental for €0.99 or purchase in a MEO store or at meo.pt.
