I’m already a customer. Do I have to buy a specific TV to use MEO boxless?

You don’t have to buy a new TV to use MEO without box, as long as you already have a Smart TV with the MEO TV app. The associated offers apply only to the models listed in the current campaign. For other TV models, there are no promotional benefits under this campaign.

I purchased a TV as part of the MEO "No box" promotion. How should I go about returning the box?

When you sign up, you won’t need the MEOBox anymore, since you’ll be able to watch TV directly on your new Smart TV the MEO TV app.

Once your new Smart TV has been delivered, you will be charged for the MEOBox until you return box. You can return your box any MEO store.

Can I keep using the box if I want to?

Yes. If you prefer, you can continue using the box. MEO boxless is an option designed for those looking for greater simplicity and fewer devices.

When purchasing a SONY TV 55 inches or larger, the customer return their MEOBox. The €5/month discount on the MEO bill for 24 months is applied starting from the moment the customer their TV. After the Smart TV is delivered, the MEOBox will be billed, and billing will stop as soon as the box returned to a MEO store. The purchase must be made in the name and with the tax ID of the service holder. Offer limited to existing stock.
