Once we have received your completed form, the portability request is sent by MEO to the other operator with the data contained in that document.
If everything is correct, you will receive a text on the other operator's card indicating the day and time the number will change to MEO. On the day and time that portability takes place, your cards from your old operator will stop working. At that point, you should place the new MEO cards on mobile phone and portability will be complete.
If the request is rejected because the data is not correct, MEO will contact you to correct it.
