How to enjoy it?

If you have a disability equal to or greater than 60%, provide proof by means of a valid Multipurpose Medical Disability Certificate (see notes) or Armed Forces Disability Card. Send the documentation by email to doc.adesao.inclui@meo.pt requesting membership of the Inclui Program and indicating the service/account for which you wish to receive the discount. Alternatively, visit a MEO store.

How to renew?

The benefits associated with bundles and tariffs last for 24 months. To renew, send the documentation via my MEO or by email to doc.adesao.inclui@meo.pt.

- Proof of Life Document from the Parish Council;
- Copy of Citizen's Card;
- Copy of a valid Multipurpose Certificate in force which identifies a disability equal to or greater than 60%.

Magic Contact

Free application that allows accessibility toAndroid smartphones and tablets for users with low motor skills, and tools for augmentative communication for users with speech difficulties.

Customer service for deaf in store

Face-to-face service, completely free through the Serviin video interpreting service, which facilitates communication between the deaf community and the hearing community, through video call, mobile phone or online.

Exclusive discounts are granted on each of the product categories, bundles MEO with and without TV, Post-Paid Mobile Voice Tariffs and plan Post-Paid Mobile Internet for PC/Tablet. Only one product/service from the same category is discounted per customer.
