Huawei App Gallery

  • Buy from Huawei AppGallery and pay with MEO

    In the Huawei App Gallery, buy the latest apps, games and music and Pay as you goecurely, without a credit card, on your MEO invoice and at no extra cost. This payment method is available to MEO customers users with Huawei mobile phones and HMS (Huawei Mobile Services) installed. 

    Payment is made to the MEO customer account where the mobile phone number is associated, via the monthly invoice or by deduction from the balance if you are a plan pay as you SIM . 

    Only customers that are more than 90 days old are eligible to make purchases.

    You can link your MEO number to your Huawei account when you make a purchase, or you can link it and buy later.

  • How to link your MEO number to your Huawei account and buy later

    Follow these steps at mobile phone :

    1.  Go to Settings and select Huawei Account, Payments and Purchases, Cloud, and more.
    2.  Select Payment and Purchases
    3. Select " Mobile Payment," click " Add," and enter the Huawei payment code. Select the carrier " MEO" and click " Add" 
    4. Enter your mobile phone number mobile phone receive the text verification code.
    5. Click " Send," and the card will be linked.


  • How to pay for your purchases in the Huawei App Gallery with MEO billing

    1.  Select the content and click the Buy button
    2.  Select mobile payment and enter the Huawei payment code
    3.  Payment completed.

    Note: If you have not yet linked your MEO SIM card, you will be asked to do so during the purchase process.

    If you are apay as you go customer ,pay as you go purchase amount will be deducted directly from your balance.

    If you are apay-monthly customer , the purchase amount will be debited from your next MEO bill and the purchase amount will be deducted from the extra monthly fee, if you have a limit greater than zero. If this amount is zero, you will not be able to continue with the purchase. Find out how to change the extra monthly fee amount.

    You can view and manage your purchases at any time.


  • How to check paid Huawei AppGallery purchases on your MEO Invoice

    You can check your purchases in the Huawei AppGallery that have been charged to your MEO invoice or balance:

    • In the customer my MEO area
      • Log in to the customer  area atmy MEO using your MEO ID credentials
      • Select your item from the horizontal bar mobile phone and click View details
      • Under Services, select your mobile phone click on Transaction History.
      • In the Apps section, you can view details of your Huawei AppGallery usage.

    • On the MEO invoice

      , check under the heading Administrative Services for the mobile phone number associated with your purchases and the total amount.


    • In Huawei's purchase history

  • Is there a limit to the amount I can pay with MEO?

    EThere are two upper limits:

    • Maximum limit per purchase/item purchased: €50
    • Monthly purchase limit: €150/month


    If you pay via your MEO bill, this type of usage is also subject to the availability of “ extra monthly fee ” credit. The “ extra monthly fee ” limit can be changed by calling support lines (see plan) or in the customer  area atmy MEO, and try again.
