What is MEO Remote?

It is a free mobile app where you can fully control your MEO TV using your smartphone in a simple and intuitive way. It offers the same features as the physical MEO remote control, with the added benefit of being able to control your TV from anywhere in your home.

You need to install the application and pair it with your MEOBox via your MEO WiFi network.
It is available for MEO customers ADSL and fibre (with MEOBox) and MEO service with fixed net.
MEO Remote's main features
Control MEO TV via your smartphone, simply and intuitively.
MEO Remota offers:
- smoother navigation, without interfering with what's on broadcast
- does not need to be in line of sight with the MEOBox
- access to additional information about what is being broadcast on TV
- zapping through themes and programmes
- quickly access live programmes
- search or explore content by theme
- sharing photos on TV via the smartphone's Photos app
- Control the TV and search for content using your voice. Learn more.
How to install MEO Remote?
- Minimum version of the mobile phone's operating system:
- Android higher than version 5.0
- iOS higher than version 10

-Download the MEO Remote appfor free from your app store:
- iOSApp Store
- Android Play Store
- After installing, click on"Open".
- Connect to the Internet via your home wifi network
- Automatically connect the application to your MEOBox. On the "Connect to MEO Home Network" screen, select the "Search BOX" option.
The app is optimized for smartphones, but it can also be used on a web tablet r on iOS (iPad).
How do I update the MEO Remote version?

Check out the app in the store (Google Play or App Store) and click "Update".
The smartphone must have the minimum version of the operating system:
- Android higher than version 5.0
- iOS higher than version 10
