    • The number does not belong to the MEO Mobile Network
    • The number is configured with a child profile on another portal.

You can insert it in two ways:
    • Change your profile from child to adult on the portal you are on, so that you can add it to your portal.
    • Or, remove the child's number from the portal and add it to the new portal. The number will no longer exist in the previous portal.

  • What do security notifications and parental/content control mean?

When numbers belonging to a portal receive a blocking page, for security reasons or because they tried to access content belonging to a blocked category, the portal manager may receive an email, notifying them of this blocking and with the user's identification.
  • How to receive notifications for my number and numbers added in the Management Portal

In the Service Management Portal, on each user's page, you can make this setting in the Notifications field (on/off).

    • Information about other numbers associated with the account: If you want to be notified whenever a portal user encounters a page that is blocked for security reasons and/or due to blocked content, the notification field for that user must be enabled.
You can view your email address in the “Notifications” section of the portal’s top menu.

If you don't want to be notified, you can view general information on threats and blocked content in different time horizons and by user in the Management Portal reports.

  • I don't want to receive email notifications, what can I do?

To change the status of notifications, go to the Management Portal and in each user's menu, uncheck the notifications.

  • Why can't I see the block pages?

    • The block page may not be displayed immediately, especially when browsing encrypted (https).

    • The behaviour you will see when a site is blocked is based on a combination of several factors: the browser you are browsing with, the URL you searched for and the security settings of the target site.
