MEO Cloud has been discontinued
MEO Cloud was a free file storage and synchronization service that offered 25GB to MEO customers users and 5GB free to other users for secure file storage. It was always accessible from any device (mobile phone, computer, tablet) linked to your MEO Cloud account.
Although it was a storage service, MEO Cloud was not a backup service; therefore, responsibility for the hosted content lay with customer.

The MEO Cloud service was officially discontinued on March 15, 2026. After this date:
- It is no longer possible to access the MEO Cloud account
- All files stored on the service have been permanently deleted
- It is not possible to recover previously stored content
customers advised to download their files before this date to avoid permanent loss of their content.

customers s with an annual paid plan that was still active as of the discontinuation date were entitled to a refund of the corresponding amount.
