  • How do I register for Prime Video via 4K MEOBox, MEO Android TV or Apple TV?

    The first step in signing up for Prime Video must be completed on the website www.primevideo.com, using a smartphone or PC, by creating an Amazon account.


    When you access Prime Video on TV for the first time, you need to link your device to your account using the following steps:

    1. Click on option Log in
    2. Access the PrimeVideo.com/mytv using a mobile device or computer. Alternatively, you can scan the QR Code displayed on the TV
    3. Sign in or create Amazon account
    4. Enter the code displayed on the TV
    5. After entering the code, the page is refreshed and you are given access to Prime Video.

     


  • I already have a Prime Video account. How do I sign in on my MEO TV?

    On 4K MEOBox, navigate to the Prime Video app at position 87 or in the Apps section; on MEO Android TV or Apple TV, download the Prime Video app from the respective app stores, and then follow these steps:

    1. Click on option Log in
    2. Access the PrimeVideo.com/mytv using a mobile device or computer. Alternatively, scan the QR Code displayed on the TV
    3. Log in with your Amazon login details or create an Amazon account
    4. Enter the code displayed on the TV
    5. After entering the code, the page is refreshed and you are given access to Prime Video.


  • I signed up for Prime Video but forgot my email address

    If you can't remember your email address and want to pay for Prime using a credit/debit card, visit https://www.primevideo.com/help for all available contact options.

  • Recovering your Prime Video password

    On the websitehttps://www.primevideo.com/, click the "Forgot your password?" option.

  • How does Prime Video charge my account?

    Prime Video is a monthly service pay as you go that will be charged every month on the date of registration.

  • I can't find/view a TV show or movie on Prime Video. Why is that?

    If Prime Video doesn't have the content available to stream, it could be for various reasons, such as the streaming rights may not be available for purchase or they may be held exclusively by another company.

     


  • Why is some content available in one country and not in another?

    Prime Video works with content providers, distributors, producers and creators to acquire licenses for films and television TV shows to be streamed on the service. 

    If Prime Video doesn't have content available to stream, it could be for a number of reasons, such as the streaming rights may not be available for purchase or may be held exclusively by another company. 

    Although there is no set deadline for acquiring new content, Prime Video is constantly adding new titles for members to enjoy.
