TV Features - MEO Help

The Menu is available to everyone customers MEO ADSL and MEO TV Fibre (with MEOBox).

Channel Zapping is available for customers TV MEO ADSL and MEO Fibre.

MEO Customers with MEOBox Sigma have access to Channel Zapping. Only the display of this feature is different.

Zapping de Programas is available on customers TV MEO ADSL and MEO Fibre.

You customers MEO with MEOBox Sigma has Program Zapping, however, you can only view the 4 programs that will be on and the 4 programs that have already been on.

In “ Recordings ” you have direct access to “ Continue Watching ” with the possibility of accessing the programs that you left halfway through in the main menu. Choose “ Menu ” > “ Recordings ” to access the Recordings area.

In the "For You" area you'll find MEO highlights and suggestions, the last channels you accessed in Recordings and the programmes you left halfway through.

Under "Automatic", you can select your favourite programmes by theme, such as Movies, TV shows, Entertainment, Lifestyle or Documentaries. By selecting Movies, you can see the content organised by genre. Choose "Comedy", navigate to the right to "Watch All" and, after continuing all the way to the right, under "Filter", choose "Romance". You automatically get a list of Romantic Comedy movies.

Returning to the main Recordings Menu, select the theme “ TV shows ” and then “ All TV shows ”. Navigate right to “ See All ”, continue navigating right to “ Show ” and select the series genres you want to see, such as: Drama and Comedy. Series from the two selected genres are automatically available.

Also in "Automatic Recordings" you can search your favourites content by channel. To do this, go to "All Channels" and select a channel to view the content. Within each channel, you can also "Filter" the content by day or choose all the programmes to view them in alphabetical order. alphabetical order. Under "Manual Recordings" you can access all the programmes you have recorded or scheduled recordings.

If you are a MEO customer Satellite:

To surf on a TV with MEOBox:

To schedule a recording via TV Guide, select the program and press the Save.

To program the recording of an entire TV show, press the key twice Save.

To schedule a recording at a specific time:

• Go to Menu > Recordings and press OK BUTTON
• Select Manuals and press the OK BUTTON
• Choose the option Save
• Select the option Channel and Time
• Enter the channel number, the date, and the start and end time of the recording
• Click on Save

To access Manual Recordings , go to Menu > Recordings and press the OK button. Select Manuals and press the OK button.

To record a program that is being broadcastkey, press the REC of your command.

Recording stops automatically when the program ends.

To schedule a recording viaTV Guide, select the program and press the REC .

To schedule a recording manually:

1. Go to Menu > Recordings > Recordings > Program recording
2. Choose the option that interests you: Channel, Date, Time or Title
3. Define the recording you want to schedule
4. Select Confirm.

However, if you have a 4K MEOBox installed as of March 13, 2018, manual/personal recordings older than 6 months will be deleted and will no longer be available for viewing.

Record programmes from your PC:

1. Enter the site meogo.co.uk and log in
2. Select TV
3. Enter the TV Guide
4. Choose the program you want to record and select Record or Record TV shows

You can also schedule recordings using the Record. This option allows you to set the start and end time of the recording, so you can record all of the channel's TV Guide broadcast during that period.

Record programmes using your tablet or smartphone:

1. Install the MEO Go app and log in
2. Select TV Guide
3. Choose the program you want to record
4. Choose the option Record or Alert

On TV, if there is one:

• MEO Fibre with MEOBox with DVR
• or MEO ADSL

• MEO Go Outside the home, using any mobile or fixed network
• or MEO Go, using your home internet (MEO Customers fibre or MEO ADSL with TV and internet service)

Find out how to view your automatic recordings.

• Select Settings > Channel Configuration and press the OK button.
• Select Activate.

Automatic recordings are available immediately.

When you activate automatic recordings on your TV, they are automatically available on your PC via MEO Go.

To view an automatic recording on the TV:

Go to Menu > Recordings Recordings and press the OK button to enter the new Recordings area. You can view an Automatic Recording in different ways:

1. In For You choose one of the program highlights that MEO suggests
2. Under For You > Recent Channels you have access to the channels you have recently watched on Automatic Recordings. Select the channel and choose the program you want to watch
3. In For You > Continue Viewing you can choose the program you left halfway through
4. In Automatic > Themes the programmes are organised by themes and genres. Select a theme and choose the program you want to watch
5. In Automatic > All Channels select the channel you want. When you select the channel, you can choose the program you want to watch.

To view an automatic recording on the PC:

1. Go to meogo.pt and select TV > Automatic recordings
2. Log in
3. Search for programmes using the search field and the filters available: by channel, date or time slot
4. Select the program you want to watch.

To view an automatic recording on tablet or your smartphone:

1. Open the MEO Go application and log in
2. Select Recordings > Automatic
3. Choose a channel
4. Select the program you want to watch.

When you access the recordings, a screen will appear once to choose the type of ad you want to see: personalised Ads or Generic Ads.

In both cases, the ads will always be short, up to 30 seconds. On the other hand, you will be guaranteed a period of time in which you will not see an ad again, preventing them from becoming intrusive and impacting the experience of using MEO.

To view the recorded content, you must always choose one of the advertising viewing options.

On Passou na TV you can watch several episodes of the best hit TV shows or complete seasons comfortably and without having to record.

You can also access exclusive content about your favourite TV shows, such as promotional videos and much more.

Go to Menu > APPS and press the OK BUTTON. Select Catalog > Entertainment > It's on TV.

This feature is available to MEO ADSL and MEO Fibre customers, on TVs with MEOBox.

Set your favourite shows, movies from MEO VideoClube and Apps to favourites for quick access in the area. favourites.

1. Press the i from the MEO remote control on the program that is being broadcast and that you want to set as a favourite
2. Select Info & Episodes
3. Choose the option Favorite

If you want to remove a program from Favorites, do the reverse.

To access:

1. Go to Menu, navigate to the left to the option Favorites and press the OK button
2. Choose a content from the options Programs, VideoClub or Apps

1. Go to Menu > VideoClube
2. Select the movie you want to add
3. Choose the option Favorite

If you want to remove a MEO VideoClube movie from Favorites, do the reverse.

To add an app:

1. Press the blue button from your MEO remote control
2. Select the application you want to add and press the i button
3. Select Add and press the OK BUTTON

If you want to remove an app from Favorites, do the reverse.

MEO's Menu is customised according to the most watched content on your TV.

To search for content:

1. Go to the Menu, navigate to the left to the Search option and press the OK button
2. Type in the name of the show, movie or actor you're looking for
3. Select a content and press the OK button

Some TV channels offer audio in several languages. Find out how you can tune into an Alternative Language on your MEOBox.

MEO Customers ADSL and MEO fibre

1. Press the Options key
2. Navigate through the options using the directional keys on the remote control and select the Spoken Languages option by pressing OK.
3. Select the language you want and then press OK.
4. The "Change made" information will appear on the screen.

MEO Customers Satellite

1. Press the Menu key
2. Select Configuration and under Sound choose the desired Language
3. The selected option will become available.

After the games are over, you can access the highlights via the Replay app, which is available by pressing the blue button on the MEO remote control or by selecting “Automatic Recording” for the game and pressing and holding the center button on the remote control for box ,Android , or Apple TV.
