  • Access all MEO Apps

    To access all MEO Apps, press the blue button on your MEO remote control.

    All Apps are available for all MEO Customers ADSL and MEO fibre with MEOBox.

    If you are a MEO customer Satellite you will have access to a selection of these Apps.

  • Put an app in my favourites

    Access MEO Apps using the blue button on your MEO remote control, select the application you want to add, press the i key on your remote control and choose Add.

  • Can I access Apps on the MEO Satellite service?

    Sim, but to have access to the Apps you will need to have a Samsung MEOBox and Fixed Internet, connecting the MEOBox to the Router via a network cable.
    The viability of MEO Apps on MEO Satellite is still subject to technical analysis of the line's characteristics.

  • What Apps do I have available on the MEO Satellite service?

    The MEO Satellite service gives you access to various apps such as:

    • MEO VideoClube
    • Sapo Desporto
    • MEO Kids
    To access press the blue button on the MEO remote control.

  • I can't subscribe to Opto SIC on my TV

    To subscribe to Opto SIC, you need a Android TV or Apple TV.

    You can subscribe to Opto SIC by going to the " customer " > "Channels and Services" section on your TV.
    Then go to the Play Store and download the Opto SIC app. You'll get the Opto SIC Free version. 
    To sign in to Opto SIC Premium (with a subscription), follow the steps and enter your MEO ID credentials.



  • I already have an Opto SIC premium account, and I want to pay for the service on my MEO bill

    Here are the steps you need to follow if you want to sign up for Opto SIC and have the payment billed through your MEO bill:
    • 1º Cancel your subscription to Opto SIC (at Opto SIC), to avoid double billing
    • 2. Subscribe to Opto SIC through the " customer > Channels and Services" section of your box Android /Apple

    On your MEO bill, you will see this subscription in the TELEVISION area.



  • How do I access and on which devices can I watch Opto SIC subscribed to MEO?

    After subscribing to the service on your TV (I can't subscribe via the article link), download the Opto SIC app from the Play Store orApple Store and log in with the MEO ID you used when you subscribed to Opto SIC.

    You can watch Opto SIC using the following devices:
    • PC - windows and MAC
    • mobile phone/tablet - Android and iOS
    • TV - Samsung (2018 to newer models), LG (2018 to newer models), Android TV, Apple Tv and Fire TV



  • Would you like to cancel the Opto SIC payment on your MEO bill?

    To cancel, log in to your MEO TV and go to " customer " > "Channels and Services."
