  • How to join online

    Follow these steps to sign up for the app my MEO or on the member customer my MEO:

    1. Select the account where you want to enable the MEOS
    2. Click on Join

    1. Select the product. Ifyou have more than one registered product, select the product you want to enroll in.
    2. Click on Join

    If you don't see the " Join" option, check to see if plan or bundle is compatible with the program.

    Forcustomers TV users who do not havemobile phone in their bundle, you must provide a mobile phone number from any national network when signing up at MEOS , as that is where you will receive the SMS confirming your registration.

    Track the status of your order in your inbox. 

    After successfully completing the subscription, It may take a few minutes for your account atMEOS to be updated to be available in your area of customer. 

    On the MEO website (bundles ), all you need to do is sign up for the " MEOS  " programfor one of the products listed on bundle. The remaining products on bundle will automatically be linked to your account at MEOS.

  • Who is eligible for MEOS?

    customers , MEO, and Moche customers with an active account are eligible for this program, and service TV, in any technology or Telemóvel. 

    If you have a shared invoice, you can only join if your company is a member of the MEOS programme.

    The program is not compatible with certain rate plans, such as Mobile Broadband, UZO rate plans, Casa M, and Self-Service rate plans. Please refer to the Program Rules for details.

  • I can't join the program

    To join the MEOS Program, MEOS :

    • Have an account on the app my MEO or inthe member area at customer my MEO (only if you sign up online)
    • Having personal data associated
    • Have a bundle or plan compatible with the Program (check for incompatibilities, such as mobile broadband services, UZO tariffs and self-service)

    Check that you have all the necessary conditions to join. For more information, see the Regulations.

  • How do I know if I'm already a member 

    To find out if the program is active, check at app my MEO or on yours area of customer my MEO.


    After selecting the product:

    • Ifyou are a member, you will see a message indicating this, and you can check your balance at MEOS and make exchanges. 
    • If you are not a member, you will be shown the option to join. 
    • If you are not eligible, you will see a message indicating that the option is unavailable. If you have any questions, please refer to the Program Rules.

    If you have just joined online, it may take a few minutes for the information to update.

  • Where can I sign up for MEOS?

    You can join the MEOS programme through one of the following channels:

    • my MEO App
    • my MEO customer portal
    • MEO Store
    • support lines MEO(see plan) or support lines MEO Empresas (see plan)


    Once registration is complete, a welcome message to the Program is sent. 


    If you have a bundle account with multiple MEO services, you only need to sign up once. All services at bundle are automatically enrolled in the program and will receive the welcome message.
