  • Why should I measure my net speed? 

    This action is very simple, lasts just a few seconds and can improve your internet experience.

    Internet tests are useful for checking the performance of your service.

    If the test result is much lower than the contracted one, make sure it was carried out under ideal conditions. 

    For higher speeds, the results are more accurate when you use the app instead of a browser. So, if you have a high-speed internet connection, install the app on your computer and run a test via the CLI (Command Line Interface).


  • How can I get a more accurate result? 

    To carry out the test effectively and ensure the most accurate result, follow these instructions:

    • Close all programs
    • Stop updates
    • Avoid wireless networks
    • Connect directly to the router input 
    • Repeat the test.

    When using your smartphone or tablet, the maximum speed of your access depends essentially on the wireless connection (whether it's your home WIFI or mobile data). As such, the measurement you get may not be the actual contracted speed.
