What is DynIP
DynIP is a free internet service that translates a name into an IP (Internet Protocol) address, without the need to install specific software.
With DynIP, you can remotely access a computer connected to the Internet via a dynamic IP assigned at the Internet connection stage, using a known name (for example: http://exemplo.dynip.sapo.pt), without having to know and/or remember the dynamic IP address in question beforehand. Remember that an IP address is a numerical address of the type xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (example: 213.13.178.52).
How to activate and configure DynIP
You can activate and configure the DynIP service in the my MEO app or in themy MEO customer area.

Select Services
Choose your account and then Net fixa
In the DynIP section, click on Change.
If you are aMEO Empresas customer (Large Companies), in order to activate and configure the name of the DynIP service, you should contact our MEO Empresas customer support service (see the plan).
