Online Business Statement

  • What is an online statement and how does it work?

    This service lets you know everything about the consumption and communications of your company's mobile phones . As well as viewing the statements, you can print and export all the data to your computer.

    For the security of your company's data, online consultation is carried out using data encryption systems and by requesting a secret code.
    The Online Statement is updated monthly, after your bill has been issued, and allows you to check your consumption for the last six months (from the moment you sign up for the service).


  • What data can I consult and analyze in the online statement?

    Data available for consultation:
    • Summary statement - consult the totals of monthly fees, communications and other debits and credits associated with the account
    • Itemized statement - consultation of monthly fees, communications, debits and credits associated with the account or each account card
    • Detailed statement - consult the details of the communications made by card.

    Note: The detailed statement is only available if you have active detailed invoicing. 


    In addition to the consultation, you can also analyse the data in the detailed statement and the itemized statement and obtain information on:
    • The destination of calls
    • The duration of calls
    • Your portfolio of contacts.


  • How can I check my statement online?

    You can check your statement online or by downloading the app.
    Go to https://servicos.meo.pt/eolpp and log in.

  • How can I subscribe to the online statement?

    You can sign up for this service in one of these ways: 
    • Contact your account manager
    • Go to a MEO store or agent
