Alerts

  • Usage alerts from mobile phone

    To give you greater control over your mobile phone usage, text automatically sends you free usage alerts whenever you reach them:

    • 90 and 100% of your call allowance and text
    • 80 and 100% of the internet allowance available in your plan
    • 90 and 100% of the value consumed from extra monthly fee.

  • Mobile internet usage alerts

    On mobile internet for PC or Tablet, whenever you are about to reach your traffic limit, you receive a text alert:

    • pay-monthly tariffs: you receive a text alert when you reach 80% and another when you reach 100% of your monthly cap.
    • Pay as you go tariffs (with top-ups): you will receive a text alert when you reach a balance of €3 and another when you reach a balance of €1.
