Check payments

  • How do I view payments in the " customer" section?

    You canview the payments made in the last 12 months at the app my MEO or in the " customer my MEO. If you are customer MEO Empresas , check the Member Area at customer MEO Empresas .

    Through the my MEOapp, follow these steps:

    1. Onthe Home Page
    2. Select the account you want to use to pay the bill on the "Bills" tab
    3. In the " Recent Invoices" section, click " View History"
    4. The Invoices and payments list shows the payments made and the corresponding invoices


    You can also view your payments in your account customer my MEO:
    1. Click onInvoices
    2. Select the account for which you want to view payments
    3. Select the "Invoice" buttononthe "Amount Due" tab
    4. On the " Amount Payable " tab, select the "Transactions" button
    5. The "Invoices and Payments" list shows the payments made and the corresponding invoices


    After each payment, there is a deadline for the payment information to be available for consultation. Check the deadlines.
  • Check payments on TV

    You can view your payments from the last 12 months on your TV.

    Go to my MEO on your TV (press the MENU key on your MEO remote control and go to customer > AREA OF customer) and follow the steps below:

    1. Choose BILLING > Invoices
    2. The list shows the invoices and their respective payment statuses for the last 12 months, along with the amount paid.

    After each payment, there is a time limit for the payment information to become available for consultation. Check the deadlines.

  • Reinstatement of service after payment

    Once you have paid your arrears (see Cost of restoring your service), your services will be reactivated automatically and can take up to 12 hours.

    If after this period your services are not restored, you should restart your equipment:

    If you have no TV:

    1. Press the OK button on your MEO remote control
    2. Disconnect and reconnect the MeoBox (On/Off button)
    3. My MEO > Restart MeoBox

    If you have no Internet:

    1. Turn the router off and on again (On/Off button)

    If you don't have a phone:

    1. Unplug it and plug it back in
    If you are without all previous services:
    1. Turn off the router
    2. Disconnect the MeoBox
    3. Reconnect the router
    4. Reconnect the MeoBox
    If you are without mobile phone / Mobile Internet:
    1. Disconnect and reconnect the equipment
  • I made a payment, but it doesn't appear in my account

    Payments will appear in your MEO account within 2 days at the latest, depending on the payment method and channel you used. Check the deadlines for when payments will be made available.


    During this period, you may receive payment alerts because the amount does not yet appear as paid in your account, or if you have not paid the full amount owed.


    After two days, if you have any questions, please check your payment on the app my MEO, in the " customer my MEO or on your MEO TV. Find out how to check your payments at my MEO or on your TV.


    If you have made a payment to restore your service, reactivation is automatic for up to 12 hours. If, after this period, the service does not work, restart the equipment (MEOBox, router, mobile phone or telephone) by disconnecting it from the mains or by pressing the off button and reconnecting it.

  • The previous bill has already been paid, but the amount still appears on the new bill

    If you have already paid arrears, they may still appear on the invoice because it was issued before you paid. In this case, use the same entity and reference to pay only the amount for the month of the invoice.
