The Cloud Security Pack covers smartphones, tablets, personal computers, physical servers, virtual servers (including Azure and AWS), virtualization environments, applications, and Microsoft 365 collaboration services (Mailboxes, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint). For more details, see the
features and specifications.
After signing up for the service, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. At that point, you should log in to the Management Area (using the Account Administrator credentials provided on the sign-up form) and create users on the service platform via the “Configure” option in your subscription. Use of the service requires an Internet connection in the environments to be protected and is limited to compatible software.
In order to use the Cloud Security Pack and access the service portal and/or install the software, users must be created via the Configure option in the Cloud Management area, access to which is the responsibility of the Account Administrator provided on the subscription form.
For help configuring the Cloud Security Pack, or to create users, you can access the user manual or the support area via the downloads and support option available from the service portal. Access to this portal is only possible for users of the service.
