Cloud Office 365

  • Sharing a Microsoft 365 Subscription

    A Microsoft 365 subscription is personal and can only be used by a single user. However, that user can install and use the subscription on up to 5 different devices (PCs and/or mobile devices).

  • Do not renew or extend the Office 365 Cloud service

    You must give notice of your intention at least 1 month before the end of the retention period.

  • Add Cloud Security Pack and/or IT Support extras

    After signing up for Office 365 Cloud, you can subscribe to additional features and capabilities online through the " Manage" option.

  • Upgrade your subscription plans

    During the contract period for each plan type, the customer may make the following changes to each employee’s plan: i) O1 to O3; ii) O2 to O3. Or increase the number of plans subscribed to. During the retention period, any changes may be made.

  • Delegate the technical management of Office 365 Cloud

    After the subscription is created, the Account Administrator must log in to the Cloud Management area and delegate access to the Microsoft and Cloud Security Pack platforms. For IT Support, this information will be collected during the welcome call.
