How can I pick up my order according to the 2026–2027 school calendar during Back-to-School season?
If you're planning your purchases and want to buy equipment in advance, you can opt for immediate pick-up at a MEO store of your choice when you buy through the online store. This service is fast, free and guarantees your order at the same time. The immediate pick-up option is available for purchases using the Prompt Payment and Installments methods.
How instant pick-up works:
Choose the "Pick up at a MEO store" option during the purchase process.
Search by location or nearby stores and select "See stores near me". If the option "Pick up in 1 to 3 days" is displayed, it means that the store is not available for immediate pick up, but you can choose that option to collect the order in 1 to 3 working days.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation text to go to the store and pick up your order.
When you pick up your order, you must show the text, your ID card and, if you are picking up someone else's order, your ID card and the text or email of the order.
Important:
- When you receive your order, check the equipment you have purchased. If you find any defects, report them upon delivery.
- If it's not possible to check at the time, you have 24 hours after delivery to report any problems in writing.
- You will have 4 days to collect your order from the MEO store.
